Site Manager for Container and Water Treatment

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager for Container and Water Treatment in Uppsala. About the Position

As a Site Manager with us, you will play a key role in the company by planning projects daily and actively working to achieve set goals regarding employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

• Administrative tasks such as invoicing and order management.
• Lead our operators working with containers and waste management as well as the handling and maintenance of our mobile water treatment units.
• Ensure that times and execution match the customer's order.
• Customer contact during the initiation and execution of assignments, participating in long-term planning for the business.
• Personnel responsibility for a group consisting of about 10 employees.

About You and What We Are Looking For

You who are applying have experience from a similar role involving order placement, invoicing, as well as team leadership and planning. You are skilled at building long-term customer relationships and thrive in an environment with many contact points both internally and externally, and you can occasionally work at a fast pace. Since the position includes customer and workplace visits, a B driver's license is required. Previous leadership experience is a requirement as personnel responsibility is included in the role of site manager, as well as industry experience.

You are described as a relationship-building and attentive person who is good at engaging with people and maintaining a good structure in your work. You are simply a brave, caring, and reliable team player who enjoys making quick decisions and acting on them.
